RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
RETURNS
We offer a 14 day return period from the date you receive your order. If more than 14 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
Please note that certain products cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable items such as food or flowers
- Hygiene or personal care products
- Hazardous materials or flammable items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
To process your return, proof of purchase is required.
Items must not be sent back to the manufacturer.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few working days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your card provider as processing times may vary
- Contact your bank as refunds can take time to appear
SALE ITEMS
Only full priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are not refundable.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.

GIFTS
If your item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit once the return is processed.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non refundable.
If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the total refund.
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
For higher value returns, we recommend using a tracked or insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
